1. Why is it that I cannot find certain items?

We're currently on soft launch and have prioritized items that are most requested. We will be including more items in our website soon. Please message us on Facebook or email us at ceresasia211@gmail.com to request.

2. What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment via credit/debit card via PayPal (no account needed). We also accept payment via bank deposit or online transfer through Metrobank. Details are sent after you buy an item.

3. How long will it take to get my order? How will you send out my order?

We usually use Zoom Courier or LBC for shipping. Shipping rates depend on the products bought and starts at PHP 100 for Metro Manila and PHP 230 for Provincial.

We also allow pick-up of orders.
