Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order in cases where the order sent was a mistake or if there was any damage. In cases where you would like to return / exchange a product due to change of mind, we could allow it for an additional fee to cover shipping costs. You may return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at Mention your order number as well as details on the issues with your order and why you want to have it returned / exchanged.
  2. Please wait for feedback in 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will arrange for pick-up of the item or refund your payment. We will send additional details and instructions via email.
    1. For returns: we will process for pick-up within 1-2 business days from approval. For exchanges, please allow for another 1-2 business days for processing of item and allow for shipping time allowance depending on your location.
    2. For refund: we will process the refund and credit it to your original payment method within 1-2 business days from approval. Actual receipt of the amount to your account would depend on the payment provider.
