Shipping Policy

 The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order and payment verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 1 business day after the order is placed. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Metro Manila orders usually take about 3-5 business days (Sundays and holidays not included). Provincial orders take about 4-7 business days (Sundays and holidays not included). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 8 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Business days are Mondays to Saturdays.
